Installers and heating engineers across the country can now benefit from the fastest way to price and order materials for new boiler installations following the relaunch of back-office support app, hiber.
By using hiber, installers can quote, order and pay for boiler installations with ease, thanks to the app’s trade prices and direct links with over 1,000 merchant branches nationwide.
The new hiber now offers three subscription plans to meet the needs of any business. Plans start from as little as £12 per month to ensure the platform is affordable to businesses of any size.
Users of the app can price up boiler installations in minutes, at any time, from a choice of thousands of boilers, controls and accessories. Once the quote is approved by the customer, parts can be ordered with just one tap, with hiber’s own back-office team ensuring they can be collected from the installer’s merchant of choice or delivered directly to site.
With the potential to significantly enhance the payment process, hiber can send customer invoices with payment links, process in-app card payments and give installers full tracking of payment status. Subscribers to the platform’s ‘Plus’ and ‘Max’ plans can also benefit from access to customer finance options, provided by specialist home improvement finance provider, Vendigo Finance.
The relaunch of hiber follows its acquisition by Koze Group Ltd. Formerly known as Hassle Free Boilers, which was formed in 2013, Koze Group represents a strategic shift for the business from boiler installations to the provision of digital solutions which aid trade professionals at multiple stages of the home improvement customer journey.
Koze Group acquired hiber from Hiber Energy with a plan to revive the popular platform after the app’s founders were impacted by a pandemic induced slowdown in August 2021.
The team at Koze Group already boasts a wealth of experience in the development of digital toolkits for tradespeople having previously launched The Trade Toolbox back in 2020. The new version of hiber will see the best features from The Trade Toolbox incorporated within the hiber platform to give all installers one best-in-class app for all of their back-office needs.
Ryan Harmer, Managing Director at hiber, said: “With thousands of heating engineers having relied on hiber to transform the way they do business, we’re thrilled to be able to relaunch the app to market, with even more back-office capabilities than before. Our aim is to reduce the time installers spend on administrative tasks so they can spend that extra time either winning new business or taking a well-deserved break.
“Installers had been crying out for a modern app that takes all the hassle out of pricing, ordering and paying for boiler installations, and we’re keen to ensure there’s a hiber package on offer for every business, no matter how modest or great their aspirations are. Put simply, it’s easier to be a heating engineer with hiber.”
Installers wanting to access the new hiber app can do so by signing up at hiber.com. From there, they will receive a link to download the app and use their login details to get started. The team at hiber will also be exhibiting the app following its launch at InstallerSHOW from 21-23 June.
